Andrew I. Davidson
President

Andrew is a member of the executive team that oversees all aspects of the firm's business and operations. He is also a member of the investment team. In 1993, Andrew joined Davidson Investment Advisors after working as an investment representative at Van Kasper Advisors and Dean Witter Reynolds in the San Francisco area. Prior to becoming President in 2004, he served as portfolio manager and then Senior Vice President and Director of Client Services and Marketing. Andrew has served on several boards in the Pacific Northwest region including his role as past Director of Energy Inc. Holding Co (formerly EnergyWest) and as a member of the Accounting and Finance Advisory Board for the University of Montana's School of Business Administration. Andrew, in conjunction with the Davidson Family Foundation, participates in activities with local charities including the granting of student scholarships at the Davidson Honors College at the University of Montana.

Andrew earned a BS in finance from the University of Montana.
Edward P. Crotty, CFA
Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager

Ed is Chief Investment Officer and member of the executive team overseeing the firm's overall investment process. Additionally, he serves as Co-Portfolio Manager for the Davidson Equity Income and Core Fixed Income strategies. Prior to joining Davidson Investment Advisors in 2007, Ed worked at Goldman Sachs as a research analyst and portfolio manager. As a senior member of the investment team at Goldman, he was instrumental in building the team infrastructure and managing an $8 billion equity portfolio. Ed is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, CFA Society of Seattle, and serves on the Board of Directors for D.A. Davidson & Co. He also contributes his time to programs that promote leadership and vision in the local community.

Ed earned BS and MS degrees in engineering with honors from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign and an MBA in finance with honors from Columbia University.
William B. Whitlow, Jr. CFA
Portfolio Manager

Bill is co-portfolio manager of the Davidson Investment Advisors' Multi-Cap Equity strategy. He joined Davidson in 2004, following a twenty eight year investment career as an analyst and as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining Davidson, Bill spent seven years as a portfolio manager at SAFECO Asset Management refining a “style agnostic, market capitalization agnostic” equity strategy. Bill also spent time as a research analyst at Dain Bosworth (now RBC Capital Markets) and served as director of research at Pacific Crest Securities. He is a member and past president of the CFA Society of Seattle and served for twelve years on the Washington State Governor's Council of Economic Advisors.

Bill earned a BS in chemistry from the University of Colorado and an MBA in finance from University of California, Berkeley.
Bradley H. Houle, CFA
Portfolio Manager

Brad is co-portfolio manager of Davidson Investment Advisors' Intermediate Fixed Income strategy, which is an intermediate-term, investment-grade fixed income strategy which was recognized as a "Top Gun" strategy in the PSN Intermediate-Maturity Universe in 2009. Additionally, Brad is the co-portfolio manager of Davidson Investment Advisors' Equity Income strategy, an equity strategy focused on strategic-advantaged companies with dividends. Prior to joining Davidson Investment Advisors in 1995, Brad worked at Kemper Securities and Bidwell & Company. Brad is a member of the Portland Society of Financial Analysts. He is also active in Families with Children from China.

Brad earned a BS in finance with honors from the University of Montana and an MBA in finance from the University of Oregon.
Thomas E. Rath, CFA
Portfolio Manager

Tom is co-portfolio manager on Davidson Investment Advisors' Small/Mid Cap Equity strategy, a concentrated portfolio of exceptional small and mid-sized businesses. He brings over twenty-five years of investment experience to the team, all of which relating to the selection of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Davidson, Tom spent ten years with SAFECO Asset Management Company as an equity securities analyst and portfolio manager where he focused on analyzing and investing in smaller issues. Tom serves on the board of directors as well as the finance committee of the Saul and Dayee G. Haas Foundation.

Brian P. Clancy, CFA
Portfolio Manager

Brian is co-portfolio manager for the Davidson Multi-Cap Equity strategy. In 2004, Brian joined Davidson Investment Advisors, after working at SAFECO Asset Management, where he co-managed their Multi-Cap Equity strategy and served as a portfolio manager for the SAFECO Trust Co. In addition to his portfolio management duties, he was an equity analyst covering the semiconductor, semiconductor capital equipment, communications technology, office equipment, beverage and waste management industries. Brian is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle

Brian earned a BS in mathematics from the United States Naval Academy and earned an MBA in finance with honors from the University of Washington.
Michael P. Kubas, CFA
Portfolio Manager

Mike is co-portfolio manager of Davidson Investment Advisors' Small/Mid Cap Equity Strategy, a concentrated portfolio investing in small to medium sized companies. Over the past ten years, Mike has focused exclusively on the SMID space, refining a strategy which looks to invest in companies with a “long runway for growth”. Prior to joining Davidson, Mike was a Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray with an emphasis on the financial technology sector but also covered specialty finance, stock exchanges, and for-profit education sectors. Mike is a member of the CFA Society of Spokane as well as being very active in his church and local Rotary club.

Mike earned a BS in finance and economics from Montana State University and an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
Paul G. Condrat, CFA
Research Analyst

Paul is a Research Analyst supporting Davidson Investment Advisors' equity strategies and member of the investment team. His primary responsibilities involve identifying new investment opportunities as well as covering portfolio companies, specializing on names within the Technology sector. Paul joined the firm in 2004 from Bainbridge Capital in San Diego, where as a Business Analyst he assisted in developing private equity opportunities and participated on various strategy consulting teams with Fortune 500 companies. He serves on the board of directors and finance committee for the Saul & Dayee Haas Foundation and is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.

Paul earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Gonzaga University.
